Mission Slim

A comprehensive health assessment, lifestyle review, lab work interpretation, medication and supplementation options, goal setting, provider support, nutritional guidance, and Mission Fit exercise routines. After your appointment is booked you will receive a lab order for your blood work, if not previously completed. Once these are ready to be reviewed, we will book your initial consultation to start your weight loss journey. Includes 4 weeks of your prescribed GLP-1 medication up to 1.75mg weekly. If we need to increase your dosage above 1.75mg or if you are on a maintenance dose of 2.4mg weekly, it is an additional $100 per month ($397 per month). Let’s start your Weight Loss Mission!
