A comprehensive health assessment, lifestyle review, lab work interpretation, medication and supplementation options, goal setting, provider support, nutritional guidance, and Mission Fit exercise routines. After your appointment is booked you will receive a lab order for your blood work, if not previously completed. Once these are ready to be reviewed we will book your initial consultation to start your weight loss journey. Includes 4 weeks of your prescribed GLP-1/GIP medication up to 5mg weekly.
